After a lengthy self-imposed hiatus, I’ve finally returned to the blogosphere! Honestly, nothing has happened in my life save for completing my first semester of computer engineering. I passed my classes while thoroughly enjoying myself! Anyway, with my second semester in full swing, I thought I’d whip together a list of study habits I follow religiously.
Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens Brown paper packages tied up with strings These are a few of my favorite things.
Throughout the years, I have curated a compilation of songs which managed to capture my heart, meticulously committing every lyric to memory. When I watched “The Sound of Music” at age seven, I was immediately smitten with the storyline, and especially this song. This song can warm you from the inside out – a hot bowl of chicken soup on a rainy day (or in the movie’s case, a torrential thunderstorm). My mom and I both memorized the lyrics and we would have singing marathons together – ah, those were the days! Recently I have caught myself humming the tune and was struck with a sudden idea. I thought I would share with you a few of my favorite things.
Many of us struggle with organizational skills. Amidst all the hustle and bustle of life, forgetting tasks or responsibilities happens quite frequently. Over the years, I devised a system incorporating checklists which significantly improved my capacity for accomplishing goals. Now, I share this method on my blog, with the hopes that it assists anyone else in need of help.
